We advise start-ups for their preparation for the first round of investment and the establishment of sound corporate structures for investments to be obtained. We assist the board of directors, investors, and executive management in preparation for IPOs or other security offerings and prepare them for future offerings.
We also help start-up companies in the preparation and negotiation of employment contracts for founding/managing partners as well as key personnel. We prepare employee stock option plans and represent both investors and the employees in negotiation of such plans and their implementation.
