  • Loan repayments that are due between 1 April-30 June 2020, for the debts that are arising from the loan and surety cooperatives' guarantee or directly from the Bank on 31 March 2020 and before of this date will be postponed for 3 months without interest starting from the maturity date/installment term/account period, by an accruing interest in accordance with the relevant legislation in the maturity date/ installment term/ account period.
  • (The decision will come into force from 1 April 2020.)

  • The companies that produce products such as disinfectants, protective clothing, protective glasses, masks and gloves with domestic facilities may benefit from KOSGEB's TEKNOYATIRIM Support Program,

Directorate General of Civil Aviation (25/03/2020)

  • Directorate General of Civil Aviation regulated that passengers whose flights are cancelled due to the COVID 19 epidemic have the right to ask for an open ticket or change their tickets for the desired date depending on the seat availability of the airline's company and that the passengers can receive the return of the ticket, which is not taken and used, from the airline's operator two months after the flight bans are lifted.

  • All firms that are economically adversely affected by the outbreak, can apply to three public banks (Ziraat Bank, Vakıfbank, Halkbank) regardless of any sector distinction.
  • Companies wishing to use credit support will be required not to reduce the number of employees on their payrolls by the end of February.

Additional Circular by the Ministry of Interior for Markets (24/03/20)

  • All supermarkets will be open between 09:00 and 21:00 in the provinces/districts. The maximum number of customers in the supermarket will be one-tenth of the total area (excluding warehouses, administrative offices, etc.) that serve the customer directly.
